Comfort and safety

• Hotel staff: staff members should execute the following restrictions: using PPE (personal protective equipment), maintain high personal hygene, and especialy the housekeeping staff should have access to disposible gloves and masks. Work places should be disinfected after every shift. Social distancing is required. All public areas should be disinfected regularly.
• Social distancing: should be monitored troughout the hotel, especialy in the high traffic areas. Please, maintain at lest 2m distance between eachother.
• Check-in/check-out: accommodating no more then two persons at once, except family members. Recommended contactless payments when possible. Dispensers with disinfectant are required at the hotel entrances.
• Elevators: stickers on the floor in front of the lift for required distance. More than 2 persons are not allowed to use the elevator at the same time (again except for family members). Frequently touched areas, such as lift buttons, should be cleaned regularly, as well as the whole elevator. Dispensers with disinfectant required near the lift.
• Hotel rooms and housekeeping: no notebooks, pens, brochures, information folders, coffee machines, electric kettles, instant coffee and tea. Daily room cleaning, special attention to frequently touched areas – telephones, TV remotes, door/window/wardrobe handles, switches and buttons, safety deposit boxes, etc. Deep cleaning in the bathroom. Microfiber towels in every room. Trash bins should be disinfected with suitable antibacterial agent. Linen, towels and cups should be well disinfected. Airing after cleaning the room.
• Restaurant/food and beverage: PPE for the staff, all cleaning and disinfection measures of the tabkes, chairs and furniture. Kitchens shiould be cleaned daily with high attention to the surfaces where food is processed. Dispensers with disinfectant at the restaurant entrance. Established separate entarance and exit to and from the restaurant. Only a-la-carte service. Reduced number of tables, for possible social distancing. Maximum of four people at a table.
• Pool/beach area: sunbeds and parasols should at least 2m apart. Daily cleaning of the equipment.
